I really like this law firm based on a phone call. The secretary pointed out something the other attorney did illegally just by reviewing our case prior to the consultation.

Jay is more than an Outstanding Attorney, but a good man in General. Even though my case took several years to get to an attorney, it went through without his knowledge. Whatever his fees were and were taken out of my SSDI, he returned it. He knew my needs from my disability and took compassion when I needed it most. Wish I lived closer, so I could shake his hand and give him a Bro Hug!

Doesn’t take the time to look at the case, doesn’t care about other people’s time, won’t even speak with people on the phone. Sadly can’t switch to a different lawyer or would lose back pay from 2018. Had receptionist call to cancel an appointment 5 min. Before she was supposed to speak to the judge because of an ignorant error on his part.

The day of court the lawyer looked me in the face and after him being my lawyer for 3 years putting it off and so on he looks me in the eyes and said," we are here for your shoulder needing reconstructive surgery and where you broke your neck and back in the military years prior"... I almost fell out of my chair bc the reason I was even using him was bc of the TBI I sustained that has made my billion k and attention go down to that of lab rat..... Along with numerous other things that made a solid case. But I was denied with the reason being that he didn't take the time to even look at my case prior to the day of court let along build up a strong case to help me better my life. I use Dr.Dan Johnson as my neurophysiologist for years as him and myself has watch the tests come back over the years where my memory, attention, the ability to retain simple instructions, and you my drive to even live has deplinished with my memory and everything else. He basically wasted 3 years of my life. I can't have that time back. I would not ever use him again. For the record. I mentioned Dr Dan Johnson v to

I called and was trying to get legal representation and the person that answered the phone was so rude and ugly to me on the phone I hung up with him still being rude. I do not advise anyone to call them and try to get legal representation. It's clear their phone service representation can't handle answer the phone with some pride and dignity it's called a law service for a reason... your not supposed to be rude or ugly in any type of way to the public when you work at a law service...

Mr Jay was recommended to me by a fellow lawyer. His office was so helpful throughout our ordeal . He believed in my case and stayed with me for over 6 years of appeals . He did an amazing job on our last appeal stating my case and helped me to feel comfortable answering the questions from the judge !! Praise God first and Jay 2nd , WE won our appeal .
