Called not see if I had a case but to see if this was the type of case they handled as stated on the lawyers website. Premise liability is definitely what it falls under, but was told they don't accept cases like that. It wasn't the attorney that told me that, it was whoever answered the phone and unless I am wrong, you can't give out legal advice unless you are an attorney,that might be called, " Unauthorized Practice of Law" or UPL.
I say that because I sent in a brief of the case via online and was told to contact the office. If you dont handle them type of cases, maybe you shouldn't advertise that you do. Also unless that was an attorney that I spoke with, then how would they know if the case is actionable or not.

I don’t have the facts of your case in front of me but my assistant who did the intake is well trained for for over 35 years to evaluate it as something that we would choose to handle on your behalf. We certainly handle premises, liability cases, but I can only assume that the facts that you gave us caused us to come to the conclusion that it was not the particular type of premises liability case that we were interested in handling. We advised you to get another opinion and I hope you were able to do so. Keep in mind that we did not indicate that there was no possible case, but simply based on the facts you gave us it was not the type of premises liability case we would be interested in handling for you. I would HIGHLY recommend this law office to anyone who was involved in a car accident or anything else that an attorney would be needed for. Jan was the most helpful and supportive person throughout a LONG 2.5 year process. She took care of everything. Even after everything has been settled she reminded me she is still there to support me in anything that I may need. I will forever recommend anyone I know who needs an attorney to this law office.

If you want a knowledgeable law firm, then Scott Gottlieb is the place to go. They explain everything in detail and keep you informed throughout the entire process. They have earned my respect and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Scott Gottlieb is the best!

Whole team was phenomenal with helping out with my case I would definitely recommend them. I have only been in one care accident that resulted in injuries and had no idea what to do or where to start. Jan was great she explained everything to me and I always felt like they were right there with me throughout the whole process they are very caring

Late 2019 my husband was a victim in a motorcycle accident and thanks to Scott C. Gottlieb we were compensated very well. When the accident occurred it was clear that a construction site was liable due to creating a dangerous intersection. However, my husband was badly hurt and I was in no position to do anything but be with him. It was suggested that we call Scott's office right away and that was it! He and his staff handled everything and always kept us informed. My husband could focus on his recovery, which required a lot of hard work and he didn't have to worry. In less than two years the lawsuit is settled and Scott C. Gottlieb aggressively demanded a settlement that is something we could have never gotten on our own. Both my husband and I would recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks Scott!!
