My 84 year old Aunt had an accident in Seattle. She was crossing a drive way when a big truck struck her. When she got to the hospital she called us in LA. After asking few friends for the right lawyer for her, we were told about Scott&Scott. We called them and Rachel started working with us. The other side's insurance was being difficult, probably because of my Aunt's age, but Rachel fought very hard to get the initial ask that we had for her compensation. They were always there for us, with a phone call. I never had to wait for the team to get back to us for anything. Very professional and descent people, but more importantly for us was that they fought for her to get what she deserved.

I was involved in an automobile accident . Though I was not at fault, I found dealing with the insurance company cumbersome and overwelming.
Scott and Scott Attorneys at Law were recommended by a friend. From the beginning of our communications, they were positive and encouraging. They were passionate about helping people dealing with insurance companies and had a wealth of knowledge . I had an advocate who went to work right away to settle all issues. There was no way I could have done it on my own.
It turned out to be a lengthy process, but they remained positive and encouraging. They had to contend with all my questions and addressed them all. Over time, they fought for my best interest and negotiated a fair settlement.

Scott & Scott Law (specifically Rachel Scott and the Assistant Rebecca) were instrumental in getting me a good settlement for my not at fault auto accident. Despite the foot dragging of the other auto drivers insurance company, they were able to get me a fair settlement in a reasonable period of time. During the process they kept me well informed and always quickly responded to my questions either by email or phone.

I have never had the need for a personal injury lawyer before, but when I was injured at a hotel and the insurance company that was representing them began to treat me in ways that I found disrespectful, I reached out to Scott & Scott.
