So I had met with another lawyer before David Spini. That previous lawyer listened to my situation and deducted that he could not help me. In my consultation with Spini, I told him the same thing I told the previous guy. David first said the same thing as the first Lawyer. But then he sat back in his chair and did his thumb thing with his pen and said to me, "So what you said is..." That led to me getting my settlement.
