Jacob is by far the best attorney I've had. I was looking for results, and surely he delivered. Professional, honest, humble, straight forward and upfront. He patiently listened to my concerns, and took time to clarify and answer all of my questions. Ultimately we were able come up with a plan that I was happy with, which he agreed. He was there every step of the way and walked me through the entire process, frequently touched base for updates. He always answered my calls, or got back to me the same day. By police error, the report showed " I rear ended " the other party. Who claimed to be " 100% not at fault" . Jacob was my voice of reason, with the evidence I provided. He brought justice to light and proved my innocence and show I was hit from the passenger side. I was able to get medical bills lowered substantially and the most out my policy. Worked with Jacob some time ago on a personal injury case stemming from a car accident. I will admit, I was drawn in by the five star rating along with his positive reviews but truthfully my experience doesn't match like the majority of people here mention. Things started well, the check for my vehicle after being labeled a total loss was given to me within the first two weeks of my case. The thing I most remember was my insurance company being the scapegoat for the majority of his excuses as to why things were delayed/difficult which I'm sure held some truth even though l've never had any prior issues with previous law firms. When I wanted to speak about compensation in regards to what I should expect to receive in monetary terms from the get go, I was shutdown and told to wait as it was too early which again it probably was but I just wanted his take on things and to see if we were on the same page. Of course when the time finally came to discuss numbers, the whole process felt rushed. As if it was my fault we never spoke about it beforehand. In the end, It felt like my best interests weren't taken into account and he just wanted to be done with my case. Lastly, phone calls and emails also felt rushed as time went by, I always felt like a burden as opposed to my attorney just wanting to help with my questions and concerns. Ultimately, if placed in the same scenario again, I would probably search elsewhere for legal representation.
