We are so impressed with Sewell Sewell and Beard. They had quite the challenge dealing with a Texas city municipality. Jeffrey and Aiden were able to bypass state legislation and our case became a Federal case with the diligent research by Aiden Reese. We never saw the inside of a courtroom. Amazing work! The city attorney realized they could never win and gave up after a year, as the amount they owed us grew and grew. Think you can't win against a City?..think again with this firm. Poor communication and follow up. Staff/Team does not share notes internally so be prepared to start over once you are passed off to a team member. I was passed off from Doris after being unable to reach her for 4 weeks. I had to start over (from the absolute very beginning) with her colleague. This individual had none of the information; loan amounts, loan terms, etc. Very unprofessional and very unbecoming of someone in their position. I'm cutting my losses with this group and starting from scratch with someone else.
