Rovshan is the best criminal defense attorney in Nassau County for ANY drug related or DUI criminal charges. His time as a prosecutor in the NCDA's office sets him apart from any other attorney, in my experience with him specifically involving these charges (which are a nightmare in. Nassau). My case with Rovshan was open for almost 3 years, with 4 A Misdemeanors, (through COVID) and I'm very confident there's no other criminal defense attorney who could have gotten me a sealed disorderly conduct (no criminal charges, sealed violation) without going to trial.
