I went through a long lengthy and emotional battle with a school district it lasted almost 3 years but I wouldn’t have wanted to do this journey with any other lawsuit! School districts are extremely hard to litigate with but we were successful and victorious and my attorney Mathew Ghalchi has always gone above and beyond for me and supported me in ways I didn’t even know I needed the lawsuit itself was long but once we settled things have been moving exceptionally fast I am forever grateful for Matt for being my voice when I couldn’t find my own! Also the amount they fought for and got is almost unheard of in cases like mine but that just shows the good work this law firm does and how hard they fight for their clients

I am interested in your potential claim, but cannot represent you at this time. If your circumstances change, please contact my office immediately for further review. At that time we will determine whether to bring you in for a second evaluation. Changes in employment circumstances would include termination, continued failure to accommodate, and/or continued or increased adverse employment actions taken against you. If you wish to pursue this potential matter now, you should immediately hire an attorney as there are deadlines that must be complied with. Thank you again for considering our offices to represent you. Please call us if you have any questions or experience a change in your employment circumstances." Continued failure to accommodate, and/or continued or increased adverse employment actions taken against me is exactly why I contacted them. I am working for a company that has broken federal and state law and I have written proof. Therefore my job has been going after me but will not terminate me due to the whistleblower law. Even with this, they said in the subject line of the in all caps "CONTACT WHEN TERMINATED". So someone has to go through the worst scenario in order for them to represent you. Being harassed daily is not enough.

When all the professionalism and great work your firm does goes down the drain when your office manager calls you “combative” for wanting to confirm 2 contradictory dates from the same lawfirm. Tonya from accounting said 5-6 weeks. The office manager said 30 days. I asked “what date should I mark on my calendar to follow up on my payment?” “Sir, you’re being combative” Hilarious.

Newsflash!….They don’t take workmen’s compensation cases! If there was such a way to give a rating of 0 stars, it would be given to this law firm who I felt strung me along and then when I asked about helping me with a workers compensation claim, guess what?, they don’t take workmen’s compensation cases, so says the person that emailed me. Though their website states that they do and it was confirmed when I called the office that they do accept such cases. I would think that whoever did answer the phone would know whether the law firm takes workmen’s compensation and the fact that the very website states so, just why do that to anyone? Thanks for nothing and shame on you for stringing me along. Shame on you for the false advertisement regarding workmen’s compensation on your website!
