Seen another attorney and felt very confused and dissatisfied. I found this office through a friend that mentioned them. They picked up my case and it was handled like it was important to them. It felt like only a month after speaking to them they reached a settlement when the last attorney I barely heard from within a year. The staff is amazing and takes the time out to listen to your concerns and questions. Every time I spoke to anyone from this office they have made me feel very confident with the work they do!

After I was rear-ended and my car totaled, I went to one of the “big” named attorneys in town, only to be told that it wasn’t worth their time and I would only see a few thousand dollars. Then a friend recommended Arthur Shimek. He was fantastic!! He handled everything and I never even had to think about anything again! I ended up with 39k! I highly recommend him to everyone!!
