After I was rear-ended and my car totaled, I went to one of the “big” named attorneys in town, only to be told that it wasn’t worth their time and I would only see a few thousand dollars. Then a friend recommended Arthur Shimek. He was fantastic!! He handled everything and I never even had to think about anything again! I ended up with 39k! I highly recommend him to everyone!! WORST decision to hire Shimek & his UNEDUCATED staff ! They did not contact me ONE time during the 8 Months of hire plus could not answer my questions when I called them ; before they withdrew from my case with no explanation - leaving me with $20,000 out of pocket medical bills !!!! Shimek said “He wishes he could wave his magic wand to fix his miscommunication” .. Ruined my credit ! I wouldn’t trust them again with ANYTHING
