Austin & Galen deserve every bit of praise they receive. I came to them during one of the darkest, most overwhelming moments of my life and Austin stepped in when I felt completely lost, unheard, and unsure of what to do next. His empathy, clarity, and honesty made me feel genuinely seen and heard. He didn’t treat me like a case - he treated me like a human being who needed guidance and support..
