I am the vice president of Seybold Point condominium named in the petition MS. Brooks attached. Actually we won and Stewart Zoberg did a great job. Stewart Zoberg told us that judges are very reluctant to Grand sanction for frivolous injunction Filings, but we ask him to try Anyway. While Attorney’s fee were not awarded, we wanted, and we’re very happy with Stewart Zoberg if you read what she attaches, you can see that it is a denial of motion for sanctions, not a loss of case. Stewart Zoberg has only won for us and we’re very happy with him and of course, MS. Brooks does not like losing so she retaliates with fake reviews.

So frustrating and unprofessional. No return phone calls. Apparently, Alexis doesn't know how to book an appointment with Guy Shir. Guy has made literally thousands of excuses to me as to why he doesn't do the assigned work. It literally took him one full year to do my Will. I went back this year to make a simple name change, come to find out he doesn't even have a copy of my Will and it's been six months already. I had to email him my copy. As my Executor, he lost my house keys for access in case anything happens to me. Don't trust Guy Shir with anything complex since he can't even do a Will. Guy was good - not great - years ago. Now he has just fallen off the wagon. Too many other better lawyers out there. Run away. They never return phone calls and literally take years to get anything done!

Stuart Zoberg is only loyal to the person that has hired him to represent our condominium association. He has already driven up his lawyer’s fees to $16,000 in two months representing a board member that committed retaliatory harassment so I took out a restraining order. He has sent me information meant for another client more than once., My favorite? Is when he emailed me asking me when our next court date is. I didn’t answer him, so he got the information from the judges assistant. The case is only half over. Never once did he try to bring this to a fair resolution. Only uses scare tactics. His favorite seems to be, “I’m gonna stick you with my legal fees if you don’t settle”. still claiming my lawsuit, which it’s not a lawsuit, is frivolous, meritless, baseless but yet at two special set hearings. The judge denied both his motions to dismiss.

Mr. Stuart Zoberg went up against me, a pro se litigant a restraining order I filed on a Condo board member. He ran up a huge bill for the association for over $40,000-$50000 anticipating it would be a piece of cake to pass the attorney fees in a chapter 718 fee shift. Hello? We’re in family court not condominium court. He lost, not once but twice against a pro se. . What a 2-time loser.

Pay for play lawyer who writes his legal opinions around what an HOA president or influential stakeholder requests the outcome to be rather than take the time to do research and evaluate legal validity of legal positions. Uses scare tactics to drive this paid deliverable scenario's desired outcomes. Did zero research into state statues and association by laws in writing his opinion as outlined in the "letter" regarding an assessment that was unfairly passed to homeowners at our association. Accused our residents of performing "illegal" activity that was approved and ordered by HOA board members in writing. Icing on the cake was actually drafting and mailing a certified letter to go out with someone else's name on it.

Guy Shir has been representing or rather misrepresenting the HOA i have a unit at. Very rude, unprofessional, misrepresentation of the issues - these are just some issues I observed. Was contemplating to file a complaint with the Florida Bar, I have not done it yet.
