Used Shocklee Paolino for my accident and had amazing service. Josh communicated and helped me understand throughout the whole process, we were successful in our case as well! I recommend them to whoever wants a great experience when dealing with these stressful matters!
I can’t say enough good things about Josh Shocklee. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. Legal situations can be overwhelming, but Joshlynn took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I always felt supported and confident throughout the process. He is sharp, detail-oriented, and truly advocates for his clients. You can tell he knows the law inside and out, but what really sets him apart is his integrity and dedication. If you’re looking for an attorney who is competent, trustworthy, and attentive, I highly recommend Josh Shocklee.

MY wife and I were in a very serious automobile accident where the other driver was at fault in 2023. We were fortunate that we were both not killed. Our church pastor recommended Josh Shocklee as an attorney to represent us, and we could not have been more fortunate to have Josh represent us. The case was settled in 2025 without the need for a jury trial and with a financial settlement that we were very pleased with. If you wish to have a lawyer who really knows the law; who thoroughly and clearly explains the legal process, issues, and tradeoffs each step of the way; who is extremely responsive; who actually cares about your outcome; who is an excellent communicator; who personally answers your phone calls and texts very promptly; who consistently and eagerly shares all related documents and correspondence; who is easy to talk with and get along with; who seeks to understand your personal problems and concerns; and who carefully explains all fees and costs, then we would highly recommend Shocklee and Paolino. We also had the need to use others in Josh's practice from time to time. Eric Paolino and Stephen Pastor were equally knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, considerate, and hard working. We especially had the need to use Eric once when Josh was not available, and we had a very positive experience working with him. He came up to speed very quickly on our case and represented us extremely well in a mediation session. We would certainly use Josh Shocklee and Eric Paolino again in the future if the need should arise.
