This law firm is very helpful and ethical in obtaining benefits for their clients. I was not aware that i would have been eligible for sibtf benefits until they explained it to me. they obtained a large workers compensation settlement for me, as well as a large sibtf ongoing lifetime award. I would recommend Cheryl or Scott or Viviana to anyone needing help with obtaining benefits.

Atty Viviana and her team with the Law Offices of Silberman & Lam worked really hard /diligently on my SIBTF case .Viviana was on top of it and it took around one year or less for my case to settle.I was awarded an amount that i was not even anticipating. I didnot expect the State of CA to approve the SIBTF Compensation. I highly recommend Silberman and Lam for your SIBTF cases .Unfortunately the WKC is taking too much time for some reason.
