My case happened in 2016, Scott and Sheryl help me with my worker's Comprehension, they make everything easy for me to understand which I'm very pleased with their expertise in this field. My case was settled in 2019 and they contact me during the pandemic to get the SIBTF case open, so I can receive some more benefits. I'm very pleased with their care and expertise.
Silberman & Lam and their team are wonderful to work with. Heather Lam aided me in a worker's comp settlement, originally filed by my mother, whom recently passed. I am truly blessed to have had her and her team aid me in a very difficult and stressful time.

In a very rare move, Silberman and Lam work with me while I was going through my unfortunate episode. I have been here to hand hold me to get the process done correctly and get them all the information that they need. Communication is the Cornerstone of any good business relationship. Give them a call, or you may end up with some of the bad attorneys I've had to go through to get to them. Good luck

I highly recommend Silberman & Lam, LLP as an expert law firm specializing in Workers' Compensation claims. I had a difficult case and I was having a hard time finding a WC attorney to assist. Scott Silberman called me personally and assured me that they would take my case. I met with Sheryl who met with me in person and gave me professional guidance regarding the process. They have a large staff that assists with coordination and communications that are very professional. David Rosenberg was the attorney assigned to my case and was able to obtain a settlement for me.
