Very Rude Office, They Couldn't even Direct me to someone to speak on a legal matter.

The attorney was SO RUDE. I called this morning looking for an attorney that specializes in Landlord tenant disputes. I was told this morning that I would receive a call back from the paralegal or someone at the firm. I got a call this afternoon from who I thought was the paralegal at the firm asking me about my case. I said I did not feel comfortable speaking about my case because I was not protected by attorney-client privilege and that I would like to schedule a consultation with the attorney. The lady ( Madeline I guess she’s an attorney there) then repeated herself multiple times and I repeated it multiple times. She made no attempt to tell me that she was actually an attorney and I was protected under attorney client privilege or anything too alleviate my fear. I was not told she was an attorney until the END of the conversation, she did nothing to alleviate my concerns about attorney client privilege, she was extremely rude and condescending. After she rudely informed me that she wasn’t going to represent me she told me that she was an attorney. Future reference tell the people that they’re speaking to an attorney. I know it’s not uncommon for people to be concerned about their protections regarding their case. I would never go with the firm that doesn’t understand basic human decency, basic protections for their clients, or being rude and condescending for wanting those protections. Gross! I would give NEGATIVE STARS if was option!

Update: I got a call back same day. I should have calmed down a bit before leaving review below. As a small business owner. I know how bad reviews can hurt a business tremendously. My apologies Mr Silberman. Called a couple times. Left a voicemail. Recording says usually calls back in an hour. I have not received a call back. It’s only been 5 hours tho. 🤣 It’s a personal voice mail from a cell phone. I mean come on man. I get it times are tough and you can’t afford someone to answer your phones, but damn. Call a potential client back within a reasonable time! I want to speak to a live person. I guess my issue and the representation I need are not that important to this office. Smdh

My call was returned within 24 hours the next day I was assigned an attorney Michael reached out that same day and we spoke on the phone the following day and it's just been wonderful people I've I've just been very impressed
