Simasko Law helped us when our parents passed. They treated us with compassion and guided us through the experience with our parents. My husband and I went back to Pat to set up our estate plan. He also helped us with a Special Needs Trust, and our guardian and Medicaid questions. The entire team was very helpful, considerate and professional. This is not something that we wanted to face, but we needed to do it, for our loved ones and our peace of mind. Thanks Pat, and to your entire team you guys did a great job!!

I found out that I had a problem and was going to need legal representation. It was a life-changing situation to me, before I even thought about calling somebody, Semenko and Semanco called me. Stacy was preparing an affidavit which needed my signature. I went down and signed it an hour later it was resolved. An hour later, it was resolved. I’ve never been so happy to hear from Simansko&Simansko in my life. I thank you so much. It would’ve ruined my life if you not taken care of that? I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Simasko Law on a probate matter in Florida, and my experience was outstanding. Their team went above and beyond to assist me in supporting the personal representative here in Florida to ensure the matter was handled efficiently and professionally. A special thank you to Angel Ballard, Legal Assistant to James M. Simasko, and to Attorney Simasko himself. Angel was responsive, organized, and proactive and made this process seamless. Their coordination made what could have been a complicated multi-state matter very straightforward. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to refer Michigan matters to their firm from my Florida-based practice. Highly recommend!
