I can’t say enough good things about Ann Marie McGill and the team at Simmons and Fletcher Law Firm. My case took about over 2 years because the defendant’s insurance company made everything difficult, but in the end… WE WON! I suffered a really bad fall at a gas station where the entire floor was wet with no warning signs at all. What made it worse was that the manager was there and instead of helping, they actually made fun of the situation while I was seriously injured. My ankle was badly hurt, and it was a stressful experience from the start. Ann Marie made the entire legal process so much easier. She had amazing communication, always returned my calls in a timely manner, and kept me informed every step of the way.
