I would not recommend them, especially if you've been injured in a car accident. My experience with them was slow, unorganized & unpersonable. In a time of need or uncertainty, especially when your health and family's futures are at stake, I would not call on them again. Take your business elsewhere

Good day I spoke with an attorney yesterday And I am putting it in writing that I do not want any of my information on me given out to anyone or any other attorneys. The attorney I spoke with stated that she would give my information to the next attorney and I stated to her I DO NOT want her or ANY ONE giving my information to anyone and that I want everything emailed back to me that concerns myself.. reasons being . 1. I had assistance that day with my Questionnaire due to me being on medication (and I would like to be fully awake with no medication and not pressured to hurry and complete it. I want to fully complete it on my own) which made me sleepy and felt pressure to get it done which I don't know why because no one looked at my files over a year and 2 months and they knew this was time sensitive it was looked at when I demanded a phone conference with an attorney again. The past conference I was always told we haven't heard back from the courts. 2.trust and lack of concern for my case and I signed papers stating that this law firm will be representing me. 3. The intake people hired for your law firm that I called last month stated that I was eligible and this past March I was told I was not which I feel strongly that I am but feel like just because a certain  cancer provides your law firm with more money and I don't have that certain cancer so I was given the boot . I SUFFERED from breast cancer after 2012 and was diagnosed before the age of 50 and used many of the hair relaxers since a child with pictures to prove it. And I developed fibroids after 2012 and before the age of 50 Mr. James Unger throughout me dealing with this law firm has been terrific maybe he should be the attorney. The intake team says when you call that they are talking to the lawyers in real time, but when asked what lawyer they are talking to, they cannot even give you the name of the lawyer to see their bio or experience. If anyone from this firm responds to this message alleging they ethically evaluate cases, please know they are lying to you.

Kind of pissed at the representation I got from this law firm... When I hired them they told me 40%... Come to payday they charged 40% plus a $5000 fee that was never disclosed... Bringing they're cut to over 50%... I'm going to need an attorney for the attorney lol. I'll give them two stars because they did win our case but kept more then what was agreed up on.
