Wow.. just plainly excused themselves.. from any kind of conversations..! With me buy there associate attorney..! There must be some kind of false advertisement..! They rate themselves highly..! But no reasons or reaction given.. I feel if they cannot help you in fields that they advertise..! And then nothing that’s bad faith..

After having my rights violated by an officer which led to being unjustly charged and police excessive force , I did not know what direction to go. I was Vulnerable and Scared thinking no one may believe me and my story. I gave myself choices to who to go with my story of what happened to me , and Skapik Law was the most helpful , professional , and most important they made me feel comfortable and at peace that my case is assigned to them. I’m glad to have them represent me , they are always on top of things and will back you up with all the power they can. I don’t live near the area , yet I chose them to represent me because of the way they work. You can trust them with your case no doubt !

This law firm is the best. Special thanks to Geralyn who fought hard for us against CDCR Strip searches. I will always be grateful to her. She kept me in the loop through the whole time and showed us families she cared enough to fight for us being violated and stripped if our ammendment rights. I will ALWAYS recommend this law group! We looked for a lawyer that could help with disbursement of my parents trust. A few that we called were no help then we found Blair. He said all the right things and made us feel like he would fight for us and be our voice. One we paid the retainer, he sent a few emails to the other lawyer. He didn't get responses so it dragged on. He was not aggressive and did not press any issues.After about 6 months he says the way the trust is written, there is nothing he could do. Never mentioned that before the retainer was paid. He said he could file a petition. I asked numerous times what does that mean. How does it work? What happens after? He never answered went in circles and said they would need a larger retainer. Its like he didn't even listen. There was no way in hell I was a giving more money after the zero results he provided. Maybe he is better at other types of cases, but for what I paid, I was no better off than if I handled things myself. I will never recommend this firm.

My experience with Geralyn and Mark was a pleasant experience. They always kept me informed and fought EXTREMELY hard for me in my case. I was originally offered around $30k from defendants in my case. This law firm fought to get me $500k instead. I have absolutely no bad words to say about these guys. I’m going to keep it 100 with you all. Even though I was rewarded a small sum of money and you can consider that winning I was enormously disappointed and rather shocked at the representation I received at skapik law group! First let me say your secretary needs a raise, she’s wonderful and makes you them look way better then they are! I was brutally beaten which is what my case was about. The lawyers told me to record myself daily so as to show my ptsd and injuries etc. They never used it. They rarely return calls. They’re instructions are confusing and less then smart. They met with me once in over a year or 2. Didn’t even buy my lunch at the court date lol. Mr. skapik himself came by himself to represent me. He looked slovenly and hungover! He knew very little about me or my story. He was a sweaty embarrassing mess. Mrs. Skapik is kind but just shines you on and they have one other lawyer that I enjoyed but he’s a trippy conspiracy theorist. I had a horrible experience with this awful law firm. Again they paid barely any attention to my case and were underwhelming and almost seemed to agree with the other side the day of. I would give back the money to get those 2 years back. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!

There are so many great law firms to pick from and the recommendation is take a moment and find a better one. Don’t walk, run from them ASAP!!!
