I set up a case with Mr. Skinner on Dec 23. It was a great conversation. I waited until after the new year to follow up. Multiple emails and calls. It is now Jan 8. I have heard nothing from him. Can’t get ahold of him. Disappointing, especially after all these rave reviews. Guess they’re paid bots. This guy completely abandoned me and my case.
