I have dealt with Smart Law for the last 20 plus years and I have to say they are top notch in every way, highly recommend to help with workers comp and injury claims!!

Took my case for 13 months I spoke to the nick guy once Susan I am sure was tired of me wanting answers but I get sent a long email in regards to a few topics I then state can I actually come in and speak to someone that I am a bit dumb and not the middleman so I can have it dumbed down as much as possible they send an email saying they no longer represent me all because I wanted answers I understood about my case

Smart Law is outstanding at what they do. They work fast to help you with your needs. The staff has extraordinary customer service and Susan, legal assistant in my case is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is always in your corner and protecting your rights. I highly recommend Smart Law.

Don't know how to return calls, apparently their office Don't new clients. I their not as smart as everyone thinks they are. Dissatisfied.😞

Great Attorneys, legal aids, and office staff to work with. If I could give the a trillion stars I would they deserve all the good ratings. Very helpful and understanding. Love having them as my Attorney.

My problem isn't the lawyer's is the personal they use I mean Assistant personal they return the call when they want and I don't think the lawyers know about it because they have to approve everything the lawyers should be asking customers about how they are treating you but I guess they don't and this people do what they want...

I am working with Sara B. On a disability claim. She's easy to talk to and get ahold of. She gets all the paperwork completed and submitted on time. We've never missed a deadline. Very nice people. I recommend

Smart law took my case for 5 to 6 months, said they were gonna file a law suit… NEVER DID. Dropped my case after I confronted the legal assistant and lawyer Christopher Childer for lack of communication and not telling me legal advice on important appointments that I had upcoming that made the difference in my case. They dropped my case with no explanation to why, literally ignored when I called multiple times asking for a call back and to why my case was dropped. Had no answer to when I confronted Christopher Childer about why I’m getting legal documents late or not at all, and I had to figure out and be my own lawyer basically for my whole case after they charged me fees, Karina the legal assistant lied said she sent documents when she never did and I have proof, then lied again after I said I don’t have the correct documents and just ignored me when I said again I don’t have the documents she supposedly sent. I asked for a call back multiple times for an explanation of why they NEVER filed a claim or opened one after they said they would in the beginning of the 6 months, literally did nothing for my case, no communication. Didn’t care about my case, didn’t meet the next lawyer on my case like I was supposed to. Nothing was done and wasted so much time with no explanation about NOTHING. I was ignored and given no explanation. Late appt notices, no open claim. This place sucks don’t hire them for anything. I went with them because I heard good things about them but I couldn’t imagine how any of these 5 start reviews are real. I went to a few different lawyers after them and I heard this has been an ongoing problem with smart law with their lack of communication with their clients.
