It's been years since this lawyer destroyed the only chance I had to protect my son from a very possessive ignorant person. If I have decided to write this review is because my child and I are still suffering the consequences. If you have an easy case maybe he works for that. To defend someone right not so much. I was pregnant at the time and trusted him to do what was right. He only delay the court hearing and never was prepared. I will always remember his words after the hearing" just pay up is not that much. I mean you weren't prepared". The judge asked so many questions and he did not have an answer. It felt like he was a joke. If you really want someone to fight for your child's safety and rights find someone else. He was more worried about the money I payed him then winning the casa. He said it was a simple case but he didn't deliver he just wiped his hands and blame everything on me. I believe you hire a lawyer because they are suppose to know the law and guide you. When I hire him there were more negative reviews and I wish I would have listen to them. I still dont know how he can be allowed to practice law. I guess in a way it was my fault for not seeing that he didn't even had an office to meet instead it was at his house.
If you want to have a chance at your case walk away from this lawyer.

Ms. Galvan,<br><br>I remember your case clearly, even though it was several years ago, and I’m sincerely sorry to hear that you continue to feel the impact of those events and that you feel let down. I remember it well because, like you, I was surprised and upset when the judge ruled in favor of the other party. I also understand how painful and frustrating family law disputes can be, especially when children are involved and the Court’s ruling does not align with your hopes.<br><br>That said, I do want to clarify a few details for the sake of accuracy. You retained me on August 18, 2022, after being served with a Motion for Enforcement hearing set just eight days later. At your request, I filed the necessary pleadings immediately and successfully obtained a Continuance, giving us more time to prepare. The matter was ultimately heard that December, after delays caused by the Court’s COVID pandemic backlog—not by any action of mine.<br><br>At the hearing, we were able to successfully present your testimony and evidence. Unfortunately, the judge ruled in favor of the other side, despite our best efforts. As I explained at the time, no attorney can guarantee the outcome of a contested matter, and the Court has the final say. I know that the result was deeply disappointing to you. It was to me as well. <br><br>After the enforcement hearing, I also filed a Petition to Modify in an effort to move the case toward a more favorable resolution for you. Not long after, you chose to end my representation, and another lawyer handled that phase of the matter. Any subsequent agreements or modifications occurred outside my involvement. <br><br>You also mentioned concerns about billing. I agreed to handle the enforcement hearing within the retainer you paid, and I did not pursue collection of the remaining balance on your account, even after providing a 25% discount. My priority was not to profit from your situation, but to represent you as best I could within the circumstances.<br><br>Ms. Galvan, I genuinely regret that you feel let down by my work and that you and your son are still facing challenges today. I care about my clients and always strive to fight for their best interests. While I stand by the efforts I made on your behalf, I respect your perspective and wish you and your family peace and stability moving forward. That said, even though I firmly believe I did a good job of representing you, given the circumstances, and have defended myself, I would much rather have won the enforcement hearing for you. <br><br>I would also welcome the opportunity to talk with you privately to see if there’s any way I can help address your concerns or ease your frustrations with what happened.
