Absolute without doubt the most rude law firm I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. Moving on not worth my time.

Progressive hired Smith Bigman Brock to handle a lawsuit stemming from an accident. Elizabeth Myers was the attorney assigned to our case and from the initial phone call with her we felt we were in capable hands. Over the course of the case she kept us informed, and frankly, at ease with the process. The lawsuit ended up being dropped and we credit that to her preparedness to challenge or refute everything the other party tried enact/claim. While the case did not go to trial, we were confident in a favorable outcome if it had with Ms Myers at the helm.

Horrible. The day of our pre- hearing meeting nothing happened as I was told would happen . My attorney came in like a scared little girl and acted as if I had done something wrong when I told her everything! She ran back and forth to my ex and his attorney making agreements. She then removed the corporation as my attorney! I knew she was no longer wanting to represent me unless I paid more. But removed the entire corporation . Smh I don’t even know what to think, her dad represented me for years and this was handled badly. My ex abandoned his child and I was treated like i did the wrong! Not what an attorney is paid to do.

Horrible. Don’t know how to do their jobs. They should definitely try a new field of work. Hate to leave one star but it is deserved

I had called a dozen local attorneys offices trying to schedule a consultation without getting anyone to book an appointment or any kind of help this morning. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. She listened to my question and got me transfered right over to Hunter, who I thought was going to set up a time at a later date. She took the time to go over my concerns, explain what steps to take and what I needed to do in order to get my issue addressed. I was so frustrated and feeling defeated after hours trying to just speak to someone or make an appointment unsuccessfully. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and caring she was during our conversation. Thank you Hunter for showing me there are people that actually care in this world.

Found this firm after doing research on board certified Criminal Defense attorneys. My 25yr old son had never been in trouble with the law but found himself faced with a 3rd degree felony burglary charge that he did not commit. He basically walked into an abandoned hotel that was under construction but did not intend or attempt to steal anything. He has a hobby taking pictures of unique and abandoned buildings. We thought it would be a simple case that his public defender could handle but after the PD had several negotiations with the prosecutor, we felt we were out of options, aside from my son admitting to the burglary charge with 3yrs of probation. I spoke with Mr. Ruddy Smith from this firm and he thought we were in a tough spot but said he would do his best. This guy is down to earth with a great deal of experience and very well connected. He got the charges dropped to a withhold misdemeanor trespass and no probation. Absolutely amazing. Ruddy comes with my highest recommendation.

I do not recommend this law office. I was calling to do an intake. They charge $300 for a consult. The representative that I spoke with over the phone kept telling me that even if they submit my information, the attorneys wouldn’t get it for a few days. I feel as if the representative was trying to persuade me to go somewhere else.

Was referred to this law firm by a friend of mine who is an attorney to deal with a real estate issue. Called on several occasions only for the receptionist to take down my info & not get any contact back.
