Mr. Williams and his staff were great! Having a dedicated line to text with any questions or concerns in regards to my case was top notch! Also, being able to communicate via email was great too! If I wasn't able to come to the office, I could review and sign any documentation online. I even met once with Nydia via Zoom! This was great, because I did not have to take time off from work. Mr. Williams and Nydia were thorough and always made sure they answered my questions. Getting in contact for the status of my case was never a problem!
