Consultant was obvious that they were not interested in the case from the get go by their tone during the interview. They did not ask for further information nor for medical records. Based on their attitude, it seems they are only in it for the money, which I understand is how they stay in business, but do not advertise they are here to help you with questions if they don't take your case, when they just dismiss you. *Edit* Thank you for reaching out to find out more about my initial experience. First item that was discussed was how much money in regards to cap of what was attainable which again goes to the heart of the matter. I appreciate your honesty. I responded I was not interested in money and I wanted answers more than anything. For others that are in a similiar situation, this will help them avoid contacting your firm.

Hello. I'm sorry you felt dismissed, but by your own admission you are not interested in pursuing a lawsuit for damages. Per your own words, you "just want to know if a treatment caused harm to your mother". As I explained on the phone, we are not "consultants" nor physicians - we're attorneys. We are more than happy to answer any questions regarding legal matters as they pertain to a potential case, but we are unable to make comments that would require a medical opinion. If you want an expert opinion on your mother's treatment, you will need to hire a medical expert. I hope you understand and will reconsider your review. Thank you.
