I got referred to this place by the bar of Michigan, no help at all really, waste of my time, and didn't want to give any advice on how to go with what I wanted to do, wouldn't recommend them at all. Edit to my review since it got replied to: and there so called Paralegal or if they actually do have one, never contacted me, but I did get a call from a private number that was inappropriate to me, and it was the day the Paralegal was meant to contact me, I do like interacting with the staff, but with the part about the staff makes me believe it was the paralegal asking if I can call them weird names (just to clear that reply they gave me up on what they should've tried to implied rather than saying I did not like interacting with there staff members)

I wasted many years of time, effort, energy and money by having this law firm represent me in a worker's comp case and a disability claim in which the outcomes were severely pathetic. Lack of communication was an issue regardless of the many paralegals that I dealt with. A regular revolving door of staff members. Asking a client for out of pocket expenses for a trial is highly unethical in which Garrett Tenhave - Chapman requested from me to do so in the amount of $4k. Hiring this law firm was the worst experience and biggest let down in my life. I would not ask anyone to suffer as I have and feel that this law firm needs to be reviewed through a full legal investigation through the AGC. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM FOR REPRESENTATION!!!

Garrett’s a good hearted individual, he’s done his best for me in my case. We never got it into the courtroom but we tried too, I settled my workers comp portion with my other lawyer for the maximum amount of 140,000 but it eliminated me and Garrett’s case, I just knew I had 3 years to get it into the courtroom and I just felt like I was running out of time and just took the money and ran. But I’m sure I still could have gotten more to this day, I just thought I’d save the embarrassment as well because I knew who I was going up against was also gonna make me out to be someone I wasn’t and it sucks it ever went this far with them.

The Laws Firm is very professional. Also Solomon Law means business. I am very grateful that my case was won!

Garrett is an amazing person. He really takes the time to listen to you, and you can tell he genuinely has compassion for your situation. He is reassuring and transparent. Disability takes time. Bad at returning calls, or keeping appointments it would seem. Other reviews seem to be on par, with having this issue.

THREE YEARS. It took them three years and two times filing just for them to tell me I had to file a third time. I called and called the office looking for updates only for SOLOMON to tell me there’s no new information and there’s nothing I could do. Then they had the nerve to tell me it was my fault. I guess it was my fault for wasting three years on these losers. Barely returned my calls. Barely did anything for me. Losers EDITED: I rest my case; they didn't even reply to the review after almost three months. There's only so much "hanging in there" broke people can stand. Give me false hope like you'd help me.

I received their name from the bar association and after 6 times calling I have yet to recieve a call back nothing. I'm so upset

The staff seem conversational and friendly when you're able to talk to them. It is, however, hard to get in contact with specific people, namely, the consultants. I was working with one of the lawyers on a disability case and the communication was minimal between us even though I called a number of times to get a hold of them. This obviously does not mean that all their staff have this issue, but the specific member I worked (am working with) is worthy of a 2-star review. Edit**: The initial review was worthy of 2-stars. However, the lawyer I've been in contact has gradually gotten better about communicating and has been easier to get ahold of in recent weeks. The contact has been helpful in with addressing any questions or concerns I might have around the process. Much better service lately.
