Okay where do I even begin with this firm? How about their credentials alone. There's not much I can tell you about them that you can't read on their website. Just going through the website and reading everything that you see you know that if you are lucky enough to get them on your side you have the very BEST! Neither my husband nor myself had ever sued anyone so we were both pretty green when it came to lawsuits. Didn't matter though, Lance, Ryan, Amanda and company walked us through every step of the process. They never got frustrated with us they just simply held our hand, told us it was okay and explained what came next. I suppose that's something any good attorney would do. However, that's not what I want to talk to you about. I want to talk to you about what you don't see on their website, what they don't tell you about themselves and the real reason anybody would be damn lucky to have this team on their side! Ryan's motto was "kill them with kindness!" And that he did in spades! It didn't matter how mean and nasty the other attorneys were to him, he would just smile sweetly and answer just as kindly. There were times I wanted to jump off on the other atty and question him on how and why are you so mean to him? Then it dawned on me... they weren't being mean to him, they were being mean about my husband and I to him. His patience and kindness went farther than any fire the other attorney could have thrown at him every single time! I believe that Ryan's superpower was using his kindness to calm even the most irate. As for Amanda, that little girl would move heaven and earth for you if she could. And if she couldn't she sure would try. The few others that we worked with very seldom and didn't know as well as Ryan and Amanda still had the same qualities as the both of them. EVERY person working for SOS will treat you with love, kindness and a respect most people don't know today! No one at this firm has EVER treated my husband or myself as a client, they ALL treated us in the same way you would treat any family member going through something so tragic! Okay the one question I'm sure everybody wants to know is how it worked out for us. Did we win or lose? Yes we won our lawsuit and received more than double the projected amount we were told to expect. This came from an opposing attorney who threatened to sue my husband and I if we didn't drop our lawsuit! But our real win came from having this wonderfully, amazing and supportive team the one place they were needed most. Squarely in our corner! Can't thank you all enough! You are the absolute best.
