Worst experience ever 4 years never seen a dime

DO NOT HIRE! DO NOT HIRE! 0 stars, 2 thumbs down, and 2 middle fingers! Do not hire Mr. Gus Soto for anything. You will regret it. While he rarely (and I mean almost never) will respond to your emails, phone calls, and text messages, his office manager, Gigi Mcmullen, aka Mrs.Gus Soto, aka his wife, will almost always respond but not however with the information you have repeatedly requested. There is always some excuse (lie) about why the settlement disbursement hasn’t been made yet, 1) Didn’t like the MSA wording, 2) Georgia Bar has to approve it, 3) There are liens (there were none) 4) Have to wait for the check to clear (over 2 years later), 5) The computer got COVID, just to name a few. On the rare occasions he bothers to respond, he forgot which lie he told you yesterday, so it’s a new one today. Don’t believe a word that comes out of his mouth and don’t trust any papers he gives you. If you have ever hired/used this attorney, get a copy of your official settlement document from the court in which it was filed and compare it to what you were told or given by him or his staff. It may have been changed, to his benefit. Don’t be surprised if you find out you didn’t get all the money the judge who signed off on it believes you did.

We are nearing the end of my wife's workers comp claim and without Mr. Soto and Carrie we would have been lost! Once this journey has ended we will write a more in depth review but Carrie is absolutely the BEST!!!

All of the staff at Soto Injury Law including Mr. Soto have been very efficient, great about keeping me updated on my case and very empathetic about my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is dealing with an injury case.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Run, run, far away! No attorney is a better option. In a years time, he made time for a face to face meeting only once! He was not even aware of our names. Horrible communication with the office! They rarely return phone calls and we often were calling them back after NO response! Did not have our best interests at heart at all. I feel like we paid for nothing! Competent legal counsel was never provided.

Terribly slow at responding, filing, and communication and Gigi Soto is very very rude!!
