I have worked with Cesar Sousa and his staff on multiple matters over the last 18 years. Cesar has been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions and concerns. His responses are always thoughtful and respectful. Although many legal matters inherently require much time to resolve, Cesar remains available throughout the entire process.

He was very personable, as well as knowledgeable.

Sousa’s office lacks communication skills and does not act in a prompt manner. They totally dropped the ball on the closing for our home. Did not do due diligence and myself and our real estate agent had to do all of the footwork that Sousa and his staff should have done. Sousa and the paralegal we were working with the whole time did not even come to the closing to meet us. Very disappointed.

His real estate closing department is top notch and know how to handle any issues which may arise with their many years of handling closings. If Google would allow 6 stars I'd give them 6.
