Four Rivers Law completely failed my husband. We were originally with another firm, but Denise Del Monte left us a voicemail shortly after Boohoff Law let her go. Soon after, she began working at Four Rivers Law and encouraged us to switch over. She made it seem like she had been the one handling the case, so we followed her — and that was a decision we regret. When we hired Four Rivers, we clearly disclosed that my husband had a prior work injury, and Denise specifically said not to worry. But once they took over, the attorney refused to believe my husband’s injury came from the car accident — even though my husband knew it did. The attorney did not fight for him and instead pushed a quick settlement that left him with absolutely nothing. To make things worse, the lawyer referred my husband to Dr. Highsmith, who scheduled surgery with Mr. McCormick. That surgery was botched — a guide pin needle was left inside his body, causing more pain and requiring a second surgery with another doctor. To this day, my husband lives in constant pain and no one has taken responsibility. Instead of advocating for their client, Four Rivers Law trusted doctors and insurance companies over my husband. The result: no compensation, no accountability, and lasting harm. We trusted them to help us, and they let us down at every step. I would not recommend Four Rivers Law to anyone who needs real representation.
