We selected Sowards Law Firm to do our Living Trust based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. The communication from the initial contact all the way to the pick-up day of our family trust binder was very smooth, thanks to Hailey for her efficiency and friendly personality. Our virtual meeting with Krystal was very helpful as she explained the process and assisted us with the documents that we need to provide prior to our in-person meeting with Ben. We enjoyed our meeting with Ben. He was very welcoming and made us feel like long-time clients. He took the time to explain all that we need to know and informed us of the options available to us as he went over the entire planning process based on what we need. This made it easy for us to decide and complete the planning process without feeling overwhelmed or lost. Jo was very pleasant and organized. She took the time to go over every page that required our signature during signing day and made the necessary corrections on the spot. We picked up the finalized copy a week after signing. Waste of time. Not worth your effort or money. Desperately wants to protect their reputation first and foremost; but does nothing to protect it beyond damage control to reinforce their exorbitant and extortionary status quo wages. Don't do it. Since I know you will respond to this: you KNOW you will try to defend yourselves against the wages charged for my family; your skin is extremely thin and you don't care about doing the right thing - your main priority is (and always has been) money. If you cared about doing the right thing you wouldn't be charging $500 for a "recommendation" email that barely took 2 seconds to prepare for and confirm.
