From the very beginning communication has been outstanding even though my case is still ongoing and I've only been with the firm since around May /June after my truck accident in April I felt compelled to leave a review because consistent communication truly matters especially during a personal injury case. I never felt like just a number every time I reached out. My calls and emails have been returned promptly. Heather has been absolutely amazing professional kind and always responsive.I honestly cannot recall a single time that I contacted the office and did not receive a response. Mr Spalding has always been extremely attentive. I remember one morning while I was at work it was before 8:00 a.m. I sent him an email and he responded ASAP immediately. That level of dedication says a lot he also took the time to speak with a family member I referred. who had question regarding a situation involving my grandson. which meant a great deal to my family I truly appreciate how they keep me informed and take the time to explain everything. The information in his videos provided are very helpful and easy to understand I highly recommend watching his YouTube videos. they offer insight not only into legal process but also into the emotional and mental side of recovery which is something many people don't realize That's a huge part of being involved in a truck accident and a car accident. Especially as a truck driver. For anyone going through a personal injury case especially other drivers keep a journal there is a significant emotional and mental toll that comes with these injuries. and this firms understands that. I would surely say that being involved in a truck accident is very emotional and mental . It can take a toll on your mental state. Injuries affects more than the body. It can impact your mental and emotional health in ways many people don't expect.I recommend keep a journal from day one. No one knows you better than you. Any kind of accident truck/car can cause physical emotional mental financial burden. And it takes a toll on your family also. Truck accidents are not handled the same way as regular car accident. My parents were in an automobile accident in March 2025. Everyone advised that we seek an attorney to be sure compensation would be received. After my wife was involved in a serious car accident in which the other driver was at fault, we began considering enlisting an injury attorney to assist in the matter. After considering several firms, we decided on Spaulding Injury Law.

I can’t sing enough praises about this law firm. I was hit by a car in a crosswalk in Suwanee, GA. They were so easy to work with. Very personal, honest, and understanding.
