I'm sorry you had a bad experience Sheldon. If you had actually left a voicemail, someone would have called you back within 24 hours. We do work very long hours here and make ourselves available when other firms do not. That doesn't mean a human can always answer the phone because sometimes we are busy or sleeping. mr spencer was unable to assist me with my case due to conflict in representation of myself and the employer, however gave me 3 other lawyers to help me, called me back same day, and was really nice!!
Spencer reached out to me within 24hours of receiving my initial email. During our consult he provided me with very honest and no nonsense advice for how to move forward. Although we decided not to move forward together on my matter he would be the first person I would contact if I needed further advice or assistance with an employment issue.

I rate this office 5 stars very knowledgeable on topics other law firms would’ve declined if I didn’t seem like a profitable customer. Receptionist was very polite and after leaving a message Spencer gave me a call after his meeting was quite impressed with the overall customer service answered a lot of key points and also seem like a genuine guy thanks Spence much appreciated!

My call was returned promptly by an associate attorney by the name of Ehud Appel. I didn’t have much of a case however Ehud was willing to answer any questions I had and recommend the right course of action without any monetary gain and was able to do so with a professional, willing attitude.
