Jordon and Taylor were amazing. The floor had more layers of wax than what was expected, and they kept me informed of their progress, with explanations, as to why it was taking so long. Very nice respectable young men and conscious of time. The floor looks like new and I will never put wax on this floor again. Previous owner put at least 3 coats of wax and I put on 2. The floor looks like new and I will never put wax on this floor ever again!! Great job and would highly recommend Stanley Steamer!!!

The service we had today included cleaning the couch, ottoman, stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms. The 2 gentleman were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and added on to our service for us with ease. Thank you so much to Jamar and Ryan for your professionalism, knowledge and leaving the house spotless. I 100% recommend these 2 team members!

Nice techs, they did a nice thorough job. A bit disappointed that I called in and asked for disinfectant but the original quote did not include disinfectant according to the techs system. Upcharged on site which was a letdown, especially knowing that I specifically asked for this when I called in for the quote. I would have used them anyways. Quoted 187 paid 340.

Jordan and Kevin did a great job cleaning my bathroom tiles and grout. Jordan thoroughly explained the procedure to me and encouraged me to ask questions. Even though the tile grout was not white, I could see a visible difference. It also made me feel better knowing that my bathroom tiles and grout were spic and span. They did two bathrooms and it took about one hour and a half. I also got the disinfectant and sealer applied. I would highly recommend Stanley Steamer. I had my air ducts done last year and I plan on getting my carpets cleaned this fall.

From the start when I booked this duct cleaning appointment, the receptionist was helpful and very pleasant to work with. Both techs Jordan and Ryan were very professional and did a great job. They both seemed to be very knowledgeable. As a retired general contractor, I appreciate that. And I can see through most people who try to pull the wool over your eyes. I did not get that impression from Jordan or Ryan. So thank you guys and Stanley Steemer for a very professional job done! 05/18/26. UPDATE, So i had the Stanley Steemer crew back out to clean my air ducts as i had done some construction work in my home. Also, clean the carpets. There was a lot of dust and debris. PJ and Kevin were very professional, responsive and respectful of my property. The first thing they did was to introduced themselves. Most service providers don't do that. It's nice and comforting to know who is in my house. This was what I expected and received. Just like the last crew. So again, I appreciate Stanley Steemer!

Chance and Jamar were wonderful. I had them clean my very large sectional and upstairs rugs. They were polite and professional. Chance did a great job explaining everything clearly before the service was started and made sure my questions were answered. I think the overall price of the service is reasonably priced. I have two dogs and a child so my rugs looked very warn out before the service. Now they look clean and almost brand new.
