State Attorney Panama City Fl review signals at a glance

According to this office, pursuing criminal charges pursuant to FSS 827.06(2) has to be done in family court. FAMILY COURT? FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES? Ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. You people do not hold up what you tell on the phone. Recently I've lost faith in y'all. You set people up for failure a shame on you. Disabled people on a fixed income as well you set up for failure. You have somebody telling you I'm not a victim this person did not do this to me I want to drop charges. You don't do it because you don't care. I realize people do things to others and they are a victim in a real true situation. When you have somebody faithfully telling you this person did not do this to me I want to drop charges I am not a victim and the charges don't get dropped that is wrong as all get out. I was completely set up told don't go to the court date it won't do you any good and I should have went to that court date I was lied to I was lied on the phone about the deal that was going to be made I was lied about not going to court. Never again will I listen to y'all on the phone never never never. To do this to a family and turn their lives upside down over somebody saying oh he hit her and it was a complete lie and the person is not a victim by all means. A shame on you people ashame on the judge a shame on the cops ashamed to all of it. Again I realize people do things to others but again when you have somebody begging you to drop the charges this person did not truly do this to me the cops did not do their investigation correctly and you ignore it and just let the charges go on and sentence people to probation and fines they can't pay and just completely set them up for failure especially on a fixed income a disabled person at that that is wrong as all get out and you don't do that to people

Super helpful, honest and dedicated

I am in an ongoing situation where my fate was turned over to this office for further review;Now I'm 4-1/2months into it, My wife and myself have left numerous messages for whom it may concern to return our calls;Any live person that I've communicated with has been rude or condescending;As professionals, we do our jobs to the best of our abilities,If not why bother;As humans, we should treat people the way we expect to be treated. I hope the people that I've encountered are as patient as I've been with them when they receive the treatment they've given; I'd like to make it clear how much I appreciate the treatment I receive after giving my votes and taxes to make this such a great state.Thanks for taking my money and votes and giving nothing.
