Many delays are caused by the insurance company and defense counsel—disputes, IMEs, medical authorization games, and litigation timelines. That said, you should never feel ignored, uninformed, or like your case is drifting. If that’s your experience, we need to address it directly.<br><br>Because of confidentiality, we won’t argue case facts here. But we will do this: review your file immediately, confirm the current posture, and give you a clear, written action plan for what happens next and when. If there has been a communication breakdown, we will fix it. If something needs to move faster, we will push it harder.<br><br>Regarding your comments about the office: we handle a high-volume litigation docket, and case files are managed securely. This review does not accurately describe what happened with our office.<br><br>Our call records (including recordings maintained by our marketing provider) show that you briefly contacted our firm at a time when the attorney was out of the country. <br><br>You were informed that he was unavailable for two days. You then ended the call and did not leave a message or provide any information that would allow us to return your call. There were no further contacts.<br><br>In addition, you were seeking help with a wrongful discharge matter. <br><br>Our firm does not handle wrongful discharge cases, so we would not have been able to accept your case even if we had spoken directly. We focus our practice on workers’ compensation matters so we can provide the best possible service in that specific area of law.<br><br>Your accusations that we “lie,” “scam” people, or sell anyone’s personal information are simply false.<br><br>We did not request, collect, or use your Social Security number or any other sensitive personal information.<br><br>We do not sell or share client information with third parties.<br><br>Our positive reviews come from actual clients we have represented over many years, not from “friends and family” posting fake reviews.<br><br>We take our reputation and client trust very seriously.
