Wouldn’t recommend, he claims he could win my case but lost because he didn’t “have time” to properly work on it, very disappointing.

I handed this guy the keys to the kingdom in my case, but he let the Defense talk him into a different narrative. Didn't fight for my rights as an injured party at all. Worst experience I've ever had.

Met with Eric for a free consult regarding the details of a severance package. As someone who thankfully hasn't needed at lot of legal help and wasn't sure what to expect, I at no time felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of my situation or pressure me in any way. I’ve been working with Stempien Law for a couple of years now. My case was assigned to Mallorie Blaylock, and she did not disappoint!!!! She worked extremely hard to get results for my family and I. The case was stressful, but she didn’t back down. She put her all into my case, and she fought hard for us. If I had to do this over again and was given a choice to choose a different attorney, I would choose Mallorie AGAIN.
