Had a class A Felony for speeding and Mr.Brundage got it down to a no conviction, no points on my record or anything I highly recommend Mr.Brundage as a Attorney for all legal needs

So frustrated after 3rd dui .. 2 of them 35 and 38 yrs ago. there is no consideration for length of time last incursion considered in Ill .. YOU ARE DEAD.. I appreciate Stevens defense and ability to save me from possible inability to live my life. ( but maybe to save SOME OTHER LIFE...) I was given an 18 month collar.. ( $6000.00 ) and probation.. multiple fines ( plus impound auto and civil local fines ) and other stuff COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE...... $20000.00 total cost and 5 yr revocation .. GOOD LUCK and call Steven for good care..

I received my first DUI in November, 2025. I’m in my very late 50s and have lived in Dupage County for 30 years. Needless to say, it was one of the most embarrassing moments in my life. I asked an attorney friend of mine for a referral to assist me. Steve was recommended. I contacted him the 1st Monday morning after my SAT pm/ SUN am DUI. Steve was very accommodating and met me that same afternoon for 30-60 min. I hired him that afternoon. He helped me calm down, “a little,” as I’m one that takes these embarrassing/ shameful events very hard. Anyways, Steve and his team were very nice, informative, and efficient. Steve was able to work with the judge, the prosecuting attorney, and the DUI counselor to help minimize my penalties. The entire process was completed in 5-6 weeks (not including the things I need to complete). I understand this is very atypical, however, I adhered to Steve’s suggested quick actions to help expedite the process. Additionally, a few things fell in to place which helped me, I believe, including me bringing a “semi-clean” case (decent prior record and community member). I was very pleased with Steve’s knowledge, communication, connection to the County players, attention to my embarrassing situation, help through the process, and mostly; help in saving me thousands of dollars in additional expenses I didn’t have to incur, not to mention the TIME and aggravation I saved. Very appreciate, over-all.

Attorney Stephen Brundage did an outstanding job with my child’s case. He was professional, caring, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to his knowledge and dedication, three charges were dismissed and one was reduced with no conviction and just a small fine. He truly went above and beyond to help my child and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time. I’m deeply grateful for his guidance and support. It was pleasure working with Mr. Brundage, great lawyer who did a fantastic outcome in my case. I had Class B aggravated misdemeanor speeding charge and he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor in my case and reduce the misdemeanor into a non moving violation for improper parking. That was unbelievable! Don't hestitate to hire him, amazing lawyer, lifesaver! Thank you for everything you did for me Mr. Brundage!
