Steven Nagle is a professional attorney through and through. Though my health insurance issue was too small to be a good fit for his business, he kindly provided me with just the right information to help me proceed with my next steps. In a day where it is often difficult to get any response, I was very pleased to have contacted Steven Nagle.
The receptionist was very rude, she kept cutting me off while I was trying to see if I had a case I understand that I didn't, but you did not have to cut me off the way you did and dismiss me to get me off your phone!! I just lost what I consider a family member of 14 years and I really appreciate the way you showed no empathy.

I am sorry you did not have a good experience with my office. My staff and I try to attend personally to everyone who calls. Unfortunately, we could not help you with your claim for the loss of your dog. I am sure that was devastating, but it is not something that is viable under present Texas law.
