I hired Heather Calvert in June 2025 and I talked with a paralegal and was told they would take the case. Since there have been two new paralegals handling the case. I never got to speak to Heather during entire experience except for 20 minutes two weeks before hearing for a briefing. I had my hearing which she barely said anything. I tried calling 12 times beginning day of hearing to see how she thought we did. I was told every time she's not in office, she's in court etc. I called two days ago to let her know I was approved and got yet another new paralegal who said he would have her call me back. Here we are yet again with no contact. I called today and receptionist said she's in office and she would give her a message. She said she was getting all my messages. Yet I STILL have not received a call back. She's getting $9,250 for one 20 minute briefing call and to just show up on my hearing call? Talk about unfair to a disabled person. I'm about to file a formal complaint. Starting with better business bureau. Then I will keep going until I get justice! This is so unfair to the disabled community. Zero communication. If I pay someone over $9,000 I expect to have some interaction and get questions answered or at least return phone calls.

I called for help with Survivor's Benefits and was told I would receive a call back today. I call Friday the 1st time and again today Monday, July 21st 2025. I have not received a call back so I'm obviously doubting this attorney's ability to do the task. I am hiring another attorney.
