Do not go to this lawfirm and pay for their "fixed price" instead of paying for retainers. They sell you on the fact that about 40% of clients get divorced in their phase 1 of billing for about 9 grand. They neglected to say that pretty much all they will work on is going to court to push the case and the initial divorce filing if you did not receive them. You buy an amount of time and drag their feet so that you will go into their phase 2 of billing and have to pay another 12-15 grand to continue the case. I complained at that time and the lawyer there extended it 2 weeks and basically drafted the child custody agreement. I left this company and paid a 5 grand retainer and got actual bills of the items that my lawyer was actually doing. At least when you have to pay more money to replenish the retainer you actually know what they are billing you for. My estimate is that I paid over 1 grand per each time my lawyer went to court to continue the case and do nothing. This place is a total rip off!

This Law firm made my divorce process which was becoming stressful for me somewhat manageable. Attorney 'Nina Kelly' who was handling my case was very graceful, clear in her communication with me, strategic in her guidance and above all was very honest with me without sugarcoating facts. She was patient with me even when the stress of the process was getting to me both emotionally and financially. Her direction and legal advice helped me a lot to manage the situation properly and to get fair settlement. 'Nina' was very professional, made me feel heard, listened to my opinions while also offering her best legal and professional advise every step of the way. She explained all the complex legal jargons clearly to me and was very prompt in communicating court proceedings in clear terms to me after each court hearing. Though Divorce is never fun to go through, I'd say I was pleased working with Nina Kelly throughout this process and highly appreciate all her service.

Great representation! Attorney Henderson helped me stay in reality during my case and always told me the scary truth about what would happen in a hearing or court. Sometimes the communication wasn't in a timely manner and got a little frustrating, but it all worked out in the end.
