Jennifer Donaldson is honest and so easy to work with. She also communicates clearly. When my mom got into a car accident, I hired her to take care of dealing with Medicare and the insurance companies involved so I could tend to caring for my mom. She found another policy that I wouldn't have known about and skillfully negotiated with the insurance companies and Medicare.

I met Jennifer Donaldson based on a recommendation of a mutual friend. I was visiting another friend for the first time to collect some paperwork that we'd been working on, and mistakenly went to the house of their next-door neighbor, knocked on their side door, because it was closest and I was only planning on taking the paperwork and leaving. A big dog, Tibetan Mastiff, came out of another door on the other side of the fence adjacent to the door I knocked on and came up onto the fence separating us. I put up my hands and said, "Chill dog!" and suddenly a finger on my right hand was gone! Suffice to say it was amputated at a hospital in Denver that Sunday afternoon. The dog was impounded for a week. I spoke with Jennifer, and she informed me that Colorado law is really gray about dog bites. I might have been trespassing by going to a side door! She offered to take the case for 1/3 of the settlement. Two years later, we successfully settled out of court. Without her help, I would probably not have received anything. I'm especially grateful for her help in reaching a settlement. The finger is still problematic, but I can't change that. Restitution, at least, mitigates the pain.

There are NO a words for how wonderful they all are. When my accident happened I had no idea what was happening or what to do. I reached out to this office, and several other offices, to understand what to do next. I didn’t even know I needed an attorney. Everybody wanted me to sign up with them right away, but nobody was listening to me or what I needed. Melanie Stuckey was there for me BEFORE I hired them. She answered ALL my questions with kindness and truly cared about me, what happened and wanted to help ME. She didn’t have to do that not knowing if I would hire them or not. Anyone who take that amount of time really cares about people and doing what’s right. They could not be more helpful, smart, understanding of the law, caring, on top of things, passionate about fighting for you, and will call you back right away with everything, even the smallest details. You are not a number with them. You are a person. I cannot recommend enough this office. What happened to me changed my life forever. I feel very blessed to have found them during the worst time of my life. They were amazing and I cannot recommend them enough to you. It took almost 4 years before I could write this. I’ve been waiting to for so long. I never want anyone to have trauma from an accident, but it happens as I found out. If it does, I hope this helps someone else who needs them too. I called this law firm on a Friday afternoon because I needed services by the following Tuesday and these people could not be more disinterested in helping. I have never in my life had to beg someone to take my money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried to call back multiple times, and give them time in between to call me back but they didn't want to be bothered, especially when the case has to do with a child being hurt at a daycare and should be taken seriously. Seems to me like they don't care about you as a client or children. 0/10 do not recommend.

We called several times because we had a serious case involving our child being injured at a daycare and they never responded and the only paralegal that did answer took down information claiming the lawyers would contact us and they never did so we called back and were told we would get a call today so when it got close to their closing time. We called again to see what happened to that call back from a lawyer and were told by the receptionist Sheila that they are too busy to be bothered with our case and to call someone else. If i could give zero stars then I would. Go anywhere else. I read that these guy's where the main people to go to for a child injury lawyer. That's a joke. I've seen better performance from public defender's.

Got a call back right away to get more details after emailing. Then zero response in over a week, even after reaching back out. If you’re not interested at least say so, and why. I could have talked to other lawyers while I’ve been waiting for you.
