At first, when I started my case, everything was going super well. We went to mediation and actually beat them—which felt great. But after that win, the communication from my lawyer started getting less and less. I honestly wasn't sure why. Eventually, I had to find another lawyer to take over the case. I was initially impressed when Charles Sturm reached back out to me personally regarding my case. During our initial conversation, they seemed genuinely interested and requested extensive documentation to evaluate my situation. I promptly provided all requested evidence and materials over multiple rounds of requests, investing considerable time and effort to compile everything they asked for. However, after submitting this information, all communication ceased. My follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered for nearly 2 months. I understand attorneys are busy, but basic professional courtesy dictates some form of response—even if it's to decline the case. The sudden silence after requesting substantial documentation is concerning and disappointing, especially given the initial personal outreach. I'm sharing this experience so others know what to potentially expect regarding communication and follow-through. If the firm is unable to take a case, a brief email stating so would be far more professional than leaving a potential client in limbo after they've invested time gathering sensitive documents. I remain open to discussing my case if the firm chooses to respond, but at this point, I'm exploring other representation options.

If you are looking for an attorney that keeps his word and delivers the results that he told you he would give you from the first day he met you then Charles is that guy. not only is he extremely professional but he makes you feel comfortable with the normal long pauses in between hearing from your attorney while they are working on your case. I did not feel like I had to keep bothering him he was always going to follow up with me at some point so I just didn't worry about it.
