So this Firm was supposed to be representing me but turned on me instead...they were handling a discrimination case involving a CDL school in Seymour CT ... I received a certified letter about the outcome of my side of the investigation basically calling me a liar... I know for a fact that no investigation was ever done by this Firm at all because the discrimination at this school is sooo obvious that you can cut it with a knife... If Summa & Ryan did 15 mins of investigations they would have gotten a very clear answer about the racism towards Students as well as Instructors...I was an instructor at this school and I have many witnesses including Department of Transportation State police officers to which they tell me is still going on my father was an attorney for 43 years and can't believe how accusatory they were towards me ....I have never in my 58 years been so disappointed and so betrayed .....this Firm is a complete white firm representing minorities...lol .. what's wrong with this picture???.... This Firm accepted an email from the the school about the accusations and accepted it without investigating it AT ALL!!... Didn't call any minority athe Meriden Site to ask any questions...A simple phone call to these minority students would have exposed this ramped racism at this school I've been given advice to pursue litigation against this Firm and file a grievance with the Statewide Bar Councel And also the CT. Statewide Committee about this firms professional Conduct...I've contacted the commissioner thru email as well .... Ray Ortiz
