These guys are awesome!! I was in a car accident to September to go where I hit a giant pothole car flipped and landed in a ditch and my car insurance said I only had liability only on that car which really put me in a jam. I could not find an attorney to take my case at all because nobody wanted to battle the state or the government or the county but Drew and scott stepped up got me all hooked up got me settled. They went well over and above what they could have or should have done Love these folks and this company.

Very disappointed!! I spoke with both Scott and Cynthia and sent them my info, they got the police report. I spoke with Scott again about medical. Scott was very cool. So for the last 2 months i am thinking they are representing me. Then they have some RANDOM guy call me and tell me that they dont want to represent me and they dont have time!! What a waste of time!!!!!!!

Scott represented me after I was hit by a car while riding with a group. The driver attempted to illegally pass us near an intersection and just hit me, a miracle given that there were a dozen of us in a tight group. Scott got us a quick settlement with no trial and we were very satisfied with the result. I believe this was because Scott recreated the conditions of the accident with technical details that were indisputable. I highly recommend him and his associate Cynthia Bird.

I am a 71 year old, female bicyclist who was hit by a car in October of 2018 and suffered some pretty severe injuries. I hired Scott Sumner, The Pedal Lawyer, after being dissatisfied with the first lawyer I hired for my personal injury lawsuit. Communicating with Scott and his senior legal assistant, Cynthia Byrd was like night and day in comparison to the first lawyer. Scott always explained things to me clearly and succinctly in terms of how we were going to proceed with the case. He explained the time line and always let me know when there was going to be a delay. Scott's understanding and detailed description of the scene of the accident was truly remarkable. Claudia: so often, we find that police officers just don't understand bicyclists and are swayed by disingenuous accounts of drivers who have harmed them, while the injured cyclist is carted away in an ambulance and the officer buys into the motorist's story without any critical thought into the mechanics of the incident, and without talking to the cyclist until they have already formed an erroneous conclusion. I was represented by Mr. Sumner in a case involving a truck that had struck me while on my bicycle . His outstanding skillset included an in-depth legal understanding, an easy to understand approach and, most importantly, an ability to get me to verbalize my story. Even though the opposing council was excessively aggressive and, at times, insulting to me, Mr. Sumner maintained a respectful and sympathetic view of the trucker; always respectful and the way I wanted to be represented. Needless to say, even after 3 weeks of court days filled with evidence and testimony, a unanimous jury found the trucker at fault.
Mr. Sumner is how all lawyers should behave, a pleasure to work with and someone, I hope never to have to call again for the right reason; i don't ever want to experience the trauma I went through.
