My aunt went to her with concerns about protecting her property. She did not do that in fact the documents she had my aunt sign did the exact opposite. Now that my aunt has passed I’ve been trying to contact the attorney to find out how to rectify the exact thing my aunt was afraid. The attorney has not returned all of my many messages left with her receptionist. Who by the way processed to give me her opinion on the matter. No HELP don’t depend on this women to protect your assets and make your wishes stand true after your passing .

I had an appointment for a will consultation with Ms. Giacoletto. I waited in the waiting room 40 minutes past my scheduled time until I was finally able to speak with her. I requested that my daughter be in the room during our conversation, and was told this was forbidden. I asked why, and Susan snapped that she refused to have this conversation in the lobby and told me that I didn’t have to have the consultation. She spoke in an extremely disrespectful and condescending manner. She is inconsiderate of others’ time and has an unprofessional, defensive demeanor. It is clear why she has such poor ratings, and I do not recommend utilizing her services.

She was very helpful in explaining different trusts. She advised me on what to consider and do prior to retaining her for a will, a trust and POA for myself.

The rest of the reviews on here are true. I retained Susan almost 2 months ago and have nothing to show for it. She missed multiple appointments and is now refusing to contact me back via email (because I need a paper trail) and will not issue me a refund for a very simple contract and quick claim deed I paid for. Highly do NOT recommend. I will see you in person tomorrow Susan for my refund.

I’ve retained Ms. Giacoletto to probate my mothers estate in May of 2022. She has continually & consistently refused to communicate , through either email or phone calls. I’ve talked with her 1 time in 6 months & have no idea the status of my case. I was told it was a simple case and could be expedited in 60-90 days but it has taken her weeks to file simple paperwork. I live out of state & will most likely have to fly in to see where the case stands as we are now in October .DO NOT RETAIN FOR PROBATE WORK !

While it is true the phones are not always answered I leave a message and get a call back in a reasonable time frame. She does not have a large staff which is probably why her prices are so reasonable. Lawyers do spend a lot of time in court. It's why we hire them. Having said all of that I find her to be knowledgeable and professional. There is no other lawyer in her field I would rather go to.

My mother hired this attorney and she doesn't like to return calls in any type of sufficient time frame. She acts as if my mother's calls are some type of solicitation calls. My mother called her Monday and Tuesday and Friday she had not even returned the call. You try to give someone the benefit of the doubt but when it seems to be the norm that's foolish thinking. She gave her a paper to be filed 3 weeks ago and she called to check on the status of the filing but the call was not returned . My mother ended up calling the Clerk of the Court only to find out that this simple filing had yet to be filed. What she hasn't been to the court house in 3 weeks? To make matters worst the Clerk of the Court said that this document should have been filed months ago and may lead to a issue of going to trial for a simple process. It is as if this woman is trying to sabotage this case. I have dealt with attorney's before, I can call my attorneys and they will call me back either before the day over or the next day. I would miss their call causing the next day call back. I even called them to ask them about is this anyway normal and they were very concerned about the lack of communication and suggested my mother file a complaint or even fire this attorney. This is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen. She reminds me of how some attorney's treat their clients in jails. I am suggesting that my mother fire this attorney. I have no idea how anyone could be in business for 21 years and deal with clients like this. I even considered this could be even more personal against my mother being an elderly Black person and she is White. Don't make the same mistake and hire this attorney useless you don't mind being dragged. . .
