No communication, I've had the simplest case of two rear ended accidents that caused me injury, still going on now year 3.

Georgina consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism in her work. During our conversations, she provides me with the tools and insights necessary to effectively address our challenges. Gina is the most unprofessional attorney in the area. She has that reputation amongst her fellow attorneys and at our hearing the judge also reprimanded her lack of understanding of legal procedure. Many times she took our family in circles, racking up legal fees which resulted in no progress for her client. Not only does she give poor advice but in mediation told me she didn't care about anything but getting paid. It is a shame that she works in family law. When my ex and I agreed on what's best for our family she aggressively advised him against settling, just to rack up the extra legal costs. Additionally, she was reported to the bar for her poor conduct regarding depositions and manipulation. Her clients may be better off representing themselves. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Gina Worst attorney DO NOT HIRE this law firm. Especially if you are Hispanic/na, do not hire this firm. Gina is the worst lawyer. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! She said she doesn't like working with Hispanics/Latinos because they don't pay. And if you don't speak English, she takes advantage of them.

I’m leaving Gina one star because I have to or else I would put nothing! The so called Christian attorney represented my mom who at the time did not speak English well. She took advantage of that and had her sign documents stating that my mom had a balance with her. My mom paid her every single time she was told to pay fees. Long story short that amount increased at final judgement which again my mom still was unaware. All she knew was that she was asking my dad to pay for my moms lawyer fees. Once she seen she wasn’t getting one dime from my dad she went ahead and put a lien on the home my mom was awarded at the divorce and claimed she reached out to my mom before submitting the lien. The lien was filed a month after the final judgement. My mom was happy to never see her again because of the emotional distress Gina put her through because of her ethics and forcing decisions she believed was best for my mom. Fast forward almost TEN years later, my mom decides to sell the home and THATS when she found out Gina put a lien on the home. The lien was over $5k and at 12%interest every year.. so y’all do the math. Gina lost all that information and she didn’t even know how much to charge my mom that she harassed the title company to pay her and for them to tell her how much she’s supposed to get like if the title company knows. My mom went to visit her to discus the lien with her and she was rushing my mom out the office saying she was busy and that supposedly my mom had a balance with her because Gina thought that my mom didn’t have the money to pay her at the moment and that she was willing to continue services to represent her after my mom already paid her out of pocket $8k. And then she had the audacity to tell my mom and my sister that that’s why she can’t work with Hispanics because they don’t like to pay. Now the day of the closing is when my mom found out what she actually wanted literally waited till the day of closing to submit the amount she wanted for the payoff of the lien. Over $15k, I had to witness my mom crying and having a breakdown at closing because of this situation. Because Gina loves to take advantage of people in distress/ and people that don’t know English well. I would never recommend Gina to anyone. Gina even told my mom she would work with her and settle an amount with my mom that day my mom visited her. But she ignored all phone calls and visits from my mom. So my mom never heard from her. If u read the other reviews from others you’ll see how many people she did wrong to them. Gina, I know your going to read this there’s a God up there watching. Thanks for making my mom suffer AGAIN ten years later and getting over $23k for the worst divorce experience ever.

I am writing this review. To warn people about this attorney. Years ago my wife got divorced from her husband then and in the settlement, she manipulated my wife into prolonging her case to keep on charging more, and under duress, she managed to put a lean on her property without my wife's full knowledge. Fast forward ten years now, She tried to manipulate the realtor into doing work that didn't belong to the realtor's responsibility. She tried to do the same with the title company and she didn't keep avenues of communication open with my wife to settle the matter fairly. Causing my wife emotional distress!

If I could have not given her even one star I would not have given it, I had the worst experience with this lawyer, I hired her for a divorce and I paid her $8,000 10 years later when I was going to sell my house I found out that she had put a lien on my house and took $16,000 from the closing apart from the $8,000 according to her because I had not paid her, do not hire her especially Hispanics since she complains that her “Hispanic people” do not pay her, she lengthens the procedures to collect high amounts of money, my advice is not to hire her do not commit the same horror that I did 10 years ago.
