I have used this group a couple times over the past several years with different car accidents. They are amazing! They have put my mind at ease and resolved my issue. Both times I was dealing with difficult insurance companies not wanting to pay out for the damage their insured did to my car and/or me. They got things done quickly. I had a terrific experience with Bill Swank. I came into his office back in Jan 2023 after informing him of being hit by a car as a pedestrian while trying to cross over a crosswalk. He explained the process and went to work! 19 months later, Bill and his team had recouped money from the insurance company (lady who had hit me) and the Uninsured Motorist part of my insurance. In addition, he got my $11,000 hospital emergency visit down to $6500 and re-negotiated the ambulance bill by nearly 25%. I cant say enough great things about Bill and his team.
