After 38 years with the same insurance carrier, their claims department decided to play dirty, and prove that longevity has its downside. Not only did their 'recommended' restoration providers have NO track record (all were F rated BBB), but their adjusters wouldn't even return calls. We were finally given the middle finger by their local claims supervisor.
